Handling Time: Our standard handling time is 1 business day. This includes order verification, tailoring checks, and secure packaging. Orders are processed from Monday through Friday.

Order Cut-Off Time: To ensure next-day handling, the order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

We believe in straightforward, predictable pricing. For all domestic shipments within the United States, we utilize a flat-rate shipping model to simplify your checkout experience.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Timelessman exclusively ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Furthermore, we recommend providing a secure physical address to ensure the safe delivery of your premium apparel. Timelessman is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Re-Routing

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete. If an error is detected, please contact us immediately at support@timelessman.shop. While we will make every effort to correct the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once the handling process has concluded.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the items.

7. Delivery Discrepancies and Damaged Goods

Each shipment is carefully inspected. However, if your package arrives damaged or if there is a discrepancy in your order (e.g., wrong size or missing item), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We require photographic evidence of the packaging and the items received to initiate a claim with the carrier and facilitate a replacement or refund.
