Because we strive to fulfill orders within our 1-day handling time, there is a very limited window to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. This policy outlines the procedures and limitations for adjusting your order of T-Shirts, Blazers, or Denims.

1. Cancellation Window

To maintain our commitment to fast shipping, orders enter our processing system immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us at support@timelessman.shop as soon as possible.

The Critical Period: We can only guarantee a cancellation if the request is received within 2 hours of the order being placed during our support hours. Once an order has been assigned a tracking number or has been picked and packed by our warehouse team, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. Order Modifications (Changes)

If you have made an error regarding the size of a Blazer or the color of a T-Shirt, we will do our professional best to accommodate a change. However, due to our automated inventory management, modifications are not always possible.

3. Order Cut-Off and Timing

Please remember that our daily order cut-off is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend will begin processing on Monday morning. Cancellation requests sent during the weekend will be addressed in the order they are received on Monday at 8:00 AM (EST).

4. Process for Requesting a Change

To ensure your request is prioritized, please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@timelessman.shop immediately.
  2. Use the Subject Line: URGENT: Order Cancellation [Your Order Number] or URGENT: Order Change [Your Order Number].
  3. Clearly state the specific change required (e.g., “Change shipping address to…”) or that you wish to void the transaction.

5. If the Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we cannot stop the delivery. In this instance, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our 30-day Return Policy. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for orders that were shipped prior to a cancellation request.

6. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation is successful, a full refund of the purchase price and the $6.99 shipping fee will be issued to your original payment method. As per our refund standards, please allow 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
